Marketing Manager, Edinburgh

The company is rapidly growing and we are now looking for a team member to join us as Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be innovative and tenacious in increasing our exposure to customers and intensifying our brand in the market. Some projects will be internationally based and require travel.
The candidate should have a minimum of two years’ work experience in a fast-moving, dynamic, innovative environment, proven ability and a degree in the relevant subject. You will need to have an eye for detail, and be creative and resourceful with all projects. Above all, you will be happy working in a small fast-moving organisation, prepared to turn your hand to anything and happy to become a key member of a very dynamic creative team.

This role is perfect for someone to exercise their leadership skills and make the Marketing Department their own. The successful applicant will be directly accountable to Director and CEO level.

Duties include:

  • Managing the marketing of IceRobotics
  • Developing the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
  • Responsibility for Marketing Budget
  • Responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns; both online and in print
  • Developing our branding and increasing our brand awareness with new and existing customers
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in conjunction with the Sales Team
  • Planning and project managing attendance diary for conferences, trade shows and corporate events
  • Supporting our Sales Team at events. This involves travelling within the UK and worldwide
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Managing and improving lead generation campaigns
  • Reporting to Sales Team and Management Board on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials; both in digital and print format
  • Management of our social media accounts and increasing our online presence
  • Managing and developing our websites and YouTube channel
  • Working closely with colleagues and assisting with new product launches
  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

A knowledge of digital marketing is essential. Experience with SAP Business One Software would be advantageous.
