As the situation surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to impact globally, I wanted to personally to address some of the concerns and appraise you of the steps we’re taking to keep both you, our customers, and our employees, safe and healthy.
At IceRobotics, we will continue to provide customer support at the highest level and strive to ensure operations generally, continue. We see it as our responsibility to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and therefore took important measures last week to ensure we follow official advice, whilst remaining available to assist you in any way:
- Our team is fully-equipped to work securely from multiple locations
- Orders will continue to be processed

- Our sales team can be contacted on either 0131 541 2010 or email them on: firstname.lastname@example.org. We understand that farmers want to limit visitors to their farms. Our teams are responding to this and will only visit when required and when agreed by the farmer.
By taking these measures, we want to protect and support both our own employees and the people in the dairy industry, to ensure they can keep on producing the food we need.
