IceRobotics' products are widely recognised in the animal science research community for their accurate recording of highly-detailed, timely animal behaviour data.
Our sensors have supported both small-scale studies of 20-30 cows over a short time-period through to large-scale, longitudinal studies involving thousands of animals.
The sensor used in our commercial dairy farming systems, IceQube is optimised for data collection across large numbers of animals.
With highly detailed data collection and extended on-board memory, IceTag is optimised for research studies involving smaller numbers of animals.
The easy way to access data from your IceTag or IceQube sensors, IceReader is our wireless data download solution.
The single tool you need to manage the data from IceTag and IceQube sensors, IceManager is our advanced sensor management software.
It enables you to:
The commercial fertility and health monitoring and alerting system for dairy herds, CowAlert helps farmers make the right fertility and health management decisions at the right time. Visit www.cowalert.com for more information.
In this mode, the system can be set to download the sensor data automatically at programmable intervals. Performance can be optimised by customising heat detection sensitivity thresholds by different groups of animals.
CowAlert's robust wireless sensors are attached to the cow's rear leg. The sensors collect data and monitor a range of factors including activity levels, standing and lying duration, step count and more.
In this mode, the system downloads the sensor data when the cow passes by a trigger, which is usually located by the milking parlour. The data is then uploaded to the CowAlert dashboard where it is analysed and actions are suggested.
CowAlert is web-based and its dashboard can be accessed easily via any computer or mobile device. Simply log in to your account from anywhere in the world to see your latest alerts, presented in a simple, clear layout.
An optional add-on to the CowAlert system is the parlour interface, which presents all the same information from the dashboard but in a rugged touch screen located in the milking parlour.
